Board and Video Game!!!!

   My favorite games were monopoly when I was child. In this board games you need to choose a game piece and roll the dice for go ahead. Each game station had a name like an important place from Venezuela. The most expensive places in this game were named after the costliest places in Venezuela.. Four players were the maximum that can play this game board and a secondary player did the function like a bank. Two kind of car each player can get, and this could represent a reward or punishment.  Other card represented the kind of proprietary, and each of them had a cost. Each owned that a player brought, after that it represented a reward for each of them. This game represented my first contact to understand the businesses because you need to save money, and make an inversion; with the intention to improve your owner.  The player that had more owned and money he became in the winner. I didn’t have the opportunity to play video game when I was child, but when I become in adult man, I have had the opportunity to play some video game. My favourite is the soccer game because you need to apply some strategy to win the game. You can play this game with against an opponent or against the computer. My problem is that my son learns the patterns faster than me. I think that monopoly isn’t popular with the children nowadays because they prefer to play video game; that each day the designer makes this kind of game, most interesting, serious, and complex. With this kind of entertainment you can give some good thing when you can figure out it; before that you can considered it childish and violent. In conclusion, I prefer board games, but I need to figure out the new video game because this is another opportunity that I have to share with my children and to look for the best way to help them to avoid any addiction problems.

Transportation

     My favourite form of transportation depend on what the objective is of the trip that I need to do.  I think if you know the city, you want to feel free; you need a car because you can take the route that you think that is the best route.  In a city as Calgary if you have a routine every day like go to your work, and the place where are you live, permit that you take only bus or a combinations bus-train; I think that I prefer to use the transportations systems in instead of the car.  Another transportations system like the plane for me has specific applications; for example, if I need to travel far and this trip is for business, I prefer to the plane, but if this trip is for pleasure and I can do to stop in any place I would like to use a car.  In general, I don’t like to drive for long time without get a good rest. each transportations system has its advantages and disadvantages, for example, the car permit you to feel free, but it can tiring, expensive and polluting. The subway and the bus help to get minus pollutions because too few cars are on the way, but some time is overcrowded and you need to wait for it.  The plane is good for long trip because you can finish your trip quickly, but it is expensive and for me, every time that I take the airplane I feeling scare. In conclusion, I have had a few bad experience taking of different transportations systems that I remember. This bad experience has been driving a car because I have been tired and I have been to stop to avoid any accident.

My favorite restaurant in Calgary

   My favorite restaurant in Calgary is Milestone’s, I like this restaurant because it provides good service, and the waiters are friendly.  I have eaten there some opportunities.  The food has a good presentation, good taste, and adequate amount.  The music is very glad and it isn't noise.  In this restaurant I have tried some food with a name that are new for me.  The food there isn’t cheaper than the other place that I have visited.  I think if this place is comfortable to me I don’t have any problems to pay this costs. Another things that I like is the way that you can go to there; this restaurant is in the Downtown of Calgary on the 8^Th street Stephe  with a Main Street.  Remember if you want to eat a good  food, with a good taste and enough for you, you can go to this restaurant.

Crime

    The Calgary is an interesting and modern city, I know some people that like live here. A good reason is the lower crime statistics.  About my ower experience, every day I walk around of the Down Town and I cannot any tagging at the any wall.  Other case in where you don’t look at any mugger commit any crime is in the CTrain.  I have not had any bad experience here.  I take the last situation as example because in other country like Mexico o Venezuela is common that you look at some wall with a big tagging or you can easier look at any mugger commit a crime and the policeman don’t any things.  I think that the community plays a good part in this process and the other player is the different institutions that integrante this system.  In this city I can call the policeman and it help my; that it is different respect to my country because you don’t feeling good with the policeman.  Some case the Police from my country are the offenders.  In my Country I avoid go alone for any place without people; too I avoid going out at night.  In Calgary I have a good feeling about the police and the government.  I think that this system the justice is the same for all people.  That the any person commits crime the authorities apply the adequate sentence.  Finally I consider that the justice in Calgary is better than my country because the different institutions and the community are working to keep good valorous and keep a respect each other.

Money!!!

     I think that one’s of dreams of anyone is won a lot of money in the lottery.  The question is amazing like the same imagination about if you just won $10 million in the lottery.  I would like to add the question; what won't you do.? I should not throw that money away; also, I would like to buy a lot of things: a house in women's aisle ("Isla de Mujeres"-Cancun-Mexico), a car as the Camaro, some travels plan to trip with my family around the world.  I would like to save some money to ensure my retirement, sharing a part with my family, but carefully to avoid that any lost money.  I would like give a part of this money to charity, in this case, I would like that it help a lot of children; that nowadays don't have anything to eat.   In conclusion, if I won this amount of money, my family and I would understand that it is a way to get some things easier; but the most important is following together.

My Favorite Celebration Christmas and New Year.

    My favourite celebration is Christmas and New Year because I have the opportunity to share with my family.  Christmas gives me a lot of memories from when I was a child.  In Venezuela is a tradition to celebrate, the birth of Jesus each December 25, and each parents give his child a special gift. It puts in my face a big smile, and give us the time to play with each toy, that each kid to had.  In my town, we used to played traditional music called "Aguinaldo's".  We walked around the town, singing the Aginaldo's music. We visited a lot of house, and each house'owner gives us some traditional food or alcohol. The Christmas represent to me, the time to think about the different things, that you did in the year that is finishing.  It is the moment to reflect about the good or bad things that you did.   The traditional food by this day is "La Hallaca" and ham's bread. Other food that you can eat in this days is chicken salad, baked turkey, and a special sweet called papaya's sweet.  We have by tradition to make these food together, and share some food and drink; this is a glad meets.  In this days are common to visit your family and friends, that you don't see frequently because they came town with the equal intention that you have.  Other common tradition in these days is wearing new clothes and wait to come the  New Year.

The place to live in my Country

  

              Venezuela is my country; above you can see the Venezuela's map. Venezuela’s capital is Caracas. In Caracas you can get a good job, good university, good technology, but it is overcrowded.  I only like to visit Caracas because I don’t like overcrowded places. Venezuela has some region where you would like to live. Those regions are the Occident, the Orient, The Center and “Los Llanos”. Different and interesting places are good to live, for example town near of beaches, river, and mountain. You can live in a place with good temperature (below 30 degree) and hot temperature (above 30 degree). The people from Venezuela are friendly; in the next pictures show you a place from Venezuela's Andes (Occident).

                                                         

              The region of "Los Llanos" has some states: Barinas, Apure, Portuguesa, Guárico, etc. This region has beautiful places like that show you in the follow pictures.

                                              

              Other region belong to Venezuela is “The Oriente”, it is the Venezuela's East. Some states are Anzoátegui, Monagas, y Sucre. Sucre is the state in where I born, specific a little town called "El Rincon".

              In Venezuela, you can eat here delicious food like The "Arepa" and the fried fish. The Arepa is a food very popular in all Venezuela; it is make with corn flour and full-in with delicious stew of chicken, cheese, beef, etc. Other food that you can eat there is the soup make with plants, vegetables from this region. 

              My country has urban and rural areas. The people move to city to search better place to job and get more money. There you can study in a good university like University of Andes, The University Central of Venezuela, and University of Orient and you can visit good mall. The job in the country is less and the salary is lower that the cities' salary. The principal economic activity is the hydrocarbon and his product. This activity offer good rewards about other activity like the farm. A lot of people need to move near of this region to get better life. Other economic activity is the tourism, because Venezuela has excellent beaches, river, plains and mountain place in where you can get good vacations.
         

              Finally, if you ask me, what is the best place to live in Venezuela? my answer is Monagas because this is the state near from I born; here you can get a good job, and this place is near to the some river and beach. Below I show you some pictures about places and a typical dance.
